Shanghai Low Theatricals is a group of craftspeople engaged in developing literary adaptations for the stage. Its purview is the history and impact of the world's popular culture. Its aim is to capture and elevate an author's mythology through highly-theatrical convention and stagecraft. And its cause is the celebration of literacy and the written word, everywhere.
